Baked Brie en Croute Nancy

Ingredients
1 16-oz Round of
Brie
½ pkg Puff Package
½ c dried
Cranberries
½ c Orange Juice
½ c Apricot
Preserves
1/3 c Sliced
Almonds
1 T Water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees; thaw pastry
according to directions
2. Heat OJ and cranberries in microwave and
let sit until cool
3. Roll out pastry into large rectangle;
spread preserves; mound cranberry, nut mixture in the middle; place cheese in
the middle; wrap pastry around and seal on the bottom.
4. Cut circles or leaves from scraps to
decorate the top
5. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15-25
minutes or until pastry is slightly browned; remove from oven and allow to cool
for at least 1 hour
6. Serve warm with crackers
