Gingered Cranberry Relish

1 cup Fresh Cranberries
1 ½ cup Dried Cherries
½ c + 2 Tablespoon Orange Juice
¼ c chopped Crystallized Ginger1
2 cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
6 Tablespoon water

Put all ingredients into a saucepan, bring to a boil; turn down and simmer until cranberries pop
