Chicken Tortilla Casserole


Chicken Tortilla Casserole            Nancy Harrison

Ingredients:

2 Pkg corn tortillas
2 cups shredded chicken or turkey
3 Cups shredded cheddar

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup         Mix together in a bowl
1/3 cup salsa
1 cup chicken stock
1 small onion, diced

Instructions:

Cut or tear tortillas into 3-inch pieces; layer on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan; add half of the shredded meat, pour ½ of the liquid mixture, and cheese, then repeat.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and enjoy!
