Corn Bread or Corn Muffins

Corn Bread or Muffins                            Nancy Harrison

Ingredients

1 c flour
1 c cornmeal
¼ c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
¼ c oil
1-2 eggs





Directions:

Mix dry ingredients; add milk, oil and eggs; pour into a greased 8” square pan or 12 cup muffin tin.  Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes for muffins or 30 minutes
