Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

6-7 Tart Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 C Oatmeal
1 C Flour
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Chopped Walnuts
1 C Butter
Flour, sugar and cinnamon

Directions:

1.     Mix apples with about ½ c each flour and sugar; add cinnamon to taste; place in a 9x13” glass baking dish
2.    Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter until crumbly; spread over apple mixture
3.    Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top
Also delicious with peaches, berries or other fruit of your choosing
