Baked Lasagna Nancy

Ingredients:
1 lb Lasagna
noodles (uncooked)
¾ lb ricotta
cheese with two eggs and chopped parsley mixed together
1 1b mozzarella
cheese
4 T grates
Parmesan Cheese
Meat Sauce:
1 lb meat (I like
half hamburger half Italian sausage)
¼ c chopped
parsley
¼ c olive oil
1 clove garlic,
chopped
1 Lg onion,
chopped
1 grated carrot
1 28-oz can chopped or crushed tomatoes
16 oz can tomato
paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz water
Directions:
Sauté onion,
carrot and parsley in olive oil; add meat and brown; add tomatoes, water and
seasonings. Simmer 1 hour.
Grease 9x13 baking
dish; arrange layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella
and parmesan cheeses. Bake at 350
degrees 30 minutes.
