Meringue Nancy Harrison
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cream of
tarter
6 TB sugar
Instructions:
Beat egg whites
with vanilla, cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar til
stiff and glossy peaks form. Spread meringue over hot pie filling being sure to
seal to the edges of the pastry. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes or until
meringue is golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
