Cranberry Apple Walnut Salad


Cranberry, Apple, Walnut Gelatin Salad              Nancy Harrison

Ingredients:

I large package red Jello (cherry, raspberry or cranberry)
¾ cup pineapple juice
2 apples, chopped with skin on
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Directions:

Pour 1 cup hot water into bowl with Jello, stir to dissolve; add pineapple juice and add the cranberry sauce. Pour into a 9”X13” dish and refrigerate until partially set. Remove from the fridge and add the chopped apples and walnuts; gently stirring to mix everything together. Chill until set and enjoy!
