Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 C Sugar 3
egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/3 c flour 2 T
butter
¼ tsp salt 1
tsp vanilla
2 c milk 1
oz each Semi Sweet & dark chocolate
Directions:
In medium
saucepan, combine flour, sugar and salt; slowly add milk mixing with dry
ingredients. Add chocolate and cook and stir constantly til bubbly and then for
2 minutes; remove from heat; stir small amount of hot liquid into the egg
yolks, mixing together before adding to the saucepan. Return to heat and cook and stir for 2
minutes more. Remove from heat and stir
in vanilla and butter. Pour into pastry
shell and chill until completely cold; top with whipped cream.
