Fluffy White Icing

Fluffy White Frosting                                                     Judi Miller

Ingredients:

1 egg white

¼ tsp cream of tartar

¾ c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

¼ c boiling water

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in a small, deep bowl. Add boiling water and beat until stiff. This will frost 2 layers and stay moist for 203 days.
