Old Fashioned Icebox Dessert                                       Eula Ham

Ingredients:

1 pkg Ritz crackers

1 tub cool whip

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can frozen limeade

Instructions:

Crush crackers; set aside. Beat together limeade, condensed milk, fold in cool whip. Put half of the crackers in the bottom of pan, pour filling over and top with remaining crackers.

My mother used to serve this as a dessert for afternoon meetings of various clubs and organizations.
