Peanut Butter Muffins Nancy

Ingredients:
2 c whole wheat
flour
3 tsp baking
powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ c milk
¼ c peanut butter
½ c oil
4 Tb honey
Instructions:
Sift dry
ingredients; cut in peanut butter and oil until well mixed. Add milk and honey,
stir just until mixed – do not beat. Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350*
12-15 minutes
Makes 18 muffins
