Pumpkin

2 ½ c flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c sugar
1 c oil
2/3 c water
4 eggs, beaten
2 c pumpkin
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Stir dry
ingredients together; add oil, water, eggs and pumpkin and beat until
smooth. Add nuts and pour into greased
loaf pans; bake one hour at 350 degrees
Makes 3 loaves;
freezes well
