Rhubarb Pie

Rhubarb Pie                                                                       Eula Ham

Ingredients:

1 ½ c sugar

2 Tb flour

¼ tsp salt

2 TB melted butter

1 egg, slightly beaten

4 c rhubarb pieces

Instructions

Put rhubarb in an unbaked pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and spread over the fruit. Top with crust and bake 40 min at 375* or until done.
