Sour Cream Enchiladas Nancy

Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
½ c chopped onion
Salt and pepper to
taste
Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken
soup
½ c sour cream
1-2 cans chopped
green chilies
Topping:
Shredded cheddar
Instructions:
Brown hamburger
and onion; add salt and pepper. Heat the soup, sour cream and green chilies until smooth adding milk as needed to make a good sauce.
Roll hamburger mixture
in corn tortillas (can use flour); place in a 9 X 13 baking dish; top with
sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350* 25-30 minutes or until
cheese is melted and slightly browned.
