Beer battered fish


 Beer Battered Fish

Ingredients

1 1/4 c flour

3/4 c corn starch

2 tsp garlic powder

a a/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp baking powder


Directions

Mix together; reserve 3/4 c dry mix

Add 1 bottle of beer

Squeeze liquid from fish, pat dry

Dredge dry fillets in dry flour mixture

Dip in batter

Fry in oil at 350*
