 Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients:

1 15-oz can pumpkin

2 eggs

1/4 c water

1 Tb vanilla

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 tsp baking powder

Topping:

1/3 c packed brown sugar

1/2 c flour

1/4 c melted butter

Glaze

1/2 c packed brown sugar

1/4 c white sugar

1/4 c whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c chopped pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350*, grease a 9'x13' pan

Mix together pumpkin, eggs, water and spice in large bowl with hand mixer; add cake mix and baking powder mixing until combined

Spread batter in prepared pan. Stir brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly; spread over the cake. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean - 25-30 minutes

Cool cake for 10 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients in small saucepan and heat over medium heat until sugars dissolve and glaze is smooth. Drizzle over the cake and enjoy!
